15% of the total area of PS-SEZ is planned for building greenery landscape and public open space. It provides a pleasant environment of everyone living, working and visiting at PS-SEZ. Trails for jogging, cycling, strolling and many leisure activities are planned there.

Features include drainage, water circulation, purification/sedimentation, clean & waste water discharge, plus control of sewage & carbon emission to min. level.

Wages are low compared to cities like Phnom Penh, resulting in reduced labor costs. No need to provide accommodation, since workers can return home after work.
